Is that a suet crust on that last pie? Being that there's no butcher shops here any more (the supermarkets get their meat pre-cut and pre-trimmed), suet is impossible, and lard is difficult to get (the health gestapo discourages it), so it's Crisco shortening for crusts, which does very well if you do it right, but no one can make a proper Cornish pasty without suet ....
