As with a few of us I suspect, it went to finance thing's on getting married, after owning it for eight year's.
The 350 Goldie engine is far better than the 500 imho. Yes the 500 has more grunt, but very little difference in overall performance.
It resurfaced about ten year's ago in Slough, in a rather poor state, and was purchased by my mate. I rebuilt the engine, repaired the frame and various other parts. he did the rest.
So after first riding it in 1962, it's still there for me to throw a leg over whenever I please, and think I'm seventeen again.
