What is a good plan is to shave the gear lever and another Triumph lever which i have so that both will fit on the splined shaft. Once set to a good position, take it off an a small tack weld under the bottom edge. It would probably be alright just to use the pinch bolts on each lever. It is going to be a very easy alteration.
I could just cut the lever i bought at The jumble down a bit and weld to the back edge of the Triumph lever.
Seems a shame to cut two Triumph levers but they are in my spares already.
Got to do a little job down the boys garage Today then i will try and recapture the missing lever.
