Posted by Blue Forever on 24/8/2005, 12:02 pm (1) We scored 4 goals in a game twice last season, both against ludicrously poor teams - Rossendale and Rocester. The latter didn't manage to win a single game! Last night a promoted team scored 4 goals past a non-promoted team. Lion's Den (who comes on the website regularly and takes sense and seems to be reading from the same hym sheet as myself) said that Fleetwood were a good side (undoubtedly they are). Why weren't we prepared to the same level as Fleetwood this season, and Woodley last? We were the champions and therefore should have done better than all the other promoted teams!! We could hardly score last season with the majority of games ending in one nil defeats!! How do all other promoted teams from the NWCFL seem to adapt well to the league whereas us, the champions, ares till finding our feet and a full season and are well being teams like Woodley and Fleetwood? (2) In a poll on the www.clitheroefc2.co.uk website we came roughly sixth in a league table of the highest home attendences throughout the 2004/05 season. With attendences equalling income, how can other teams who hardly attract any supporters produce better teams with seemingly less money to invest? Thank you, in advance, for your time.

I believe Tommy and Benny are the right men for the job and as far as I am concerned they can have as long as they need because they have top track records. However, I was wondering if someone could answer a few questions for me;
