Another competetive performance , going behind early the team played some great football to take the lead 2-1 , conceding a goal late in the first half.Second half , saw Fleetwood lift their game , and their forwards started to cause problems for the Clitheroe defence..a spell of 20 minutes domination saw Fleetwood add another 3 goals.Finishing 5-2 winners.Again , some plus points on the night , Liam Mccarthy in goal making some great reaction saves , Jamie enifer strong in defence , new boys Danny Smith linking well with Sam Dean and Simon Woodford catching the eye on several occassions.Up front Danny Bush , worked tirelessly and caused problems for the strong Fleetwood defence.In the four games , so far , we have played a different team each game , adjusting the players to this level , our capabilities and the squad is becoming clear and as we start playing our strongest settled squad together our results will improve.Talking to the managers and Tommy , we are about where we expected with the reserves , as we continue to develop both on the field and on the management/coaching side.We are moving to a blend of primarily youth , but looking to bring in a little more experience for the benefit of the team.
