Great result, through to next round of F.A. cup, chance to earn more prize money for the club. Lets hope this is the springboard for the season. Didnt travel to the game, but see Tommy re-instated Parr + Jackson to the starting line up and was also brave enough to give young Gidlow from the reserve squad his competitive debut in such a important game,well done, this augurs well for the future as it proves Tommy is open to change and brave enough to make them, this can only serve to keep ALL the players on their toes instead of players becoming stale and compl acent has as happened in the past. Im sure Tommy is working hard to improve the quality of the team behind the scenes and slowly but surely better players will come into the club and Clitheroe will go from strength to strength,but its great that weve a manager who is prepared to stick young players in and give them a go!
