Found a picture for a kit of this stocking on ebay at:

However, the seller did not appear to be selling this particular kit. Maybe you could contact them to see if it is for sale. If you scroll down, at the very bottom of the page you will see a "Questions?" link to click on to contact the seller by email.
I did contact customer service at spinrite yarns(which now owns Bernat as well as Patons/Lily)and I even attached a photo of the kit so they would know what I was talking about; and they replied
"Hi, Sorry these kits were discontinued long before we purchased the Bernat company. We did not receive any information on these kits at that time. Sorry we are unable to assist you."
Sorry I can't be of more assistance; hopefully the person on ebay hasn't sold that kit yet.
