out of print pattern for a baby afghan by Oxmoor House

Hi!
Several years ago, when I moved to my new home, I gave away my notebook patterns from Oxmoor House with crochet patterns by Vanna White. One of those patterns was for a baby blanket/afghan that was made entirely in chain/double crochet, so that the pattern looked like medium-sized, open blocks. The finished pattern was trimmed with fringe.
If you could help me find this pattern again, I would be so grateful! It was quick and easy to make. One year during Lent I made several, and gave them all to a life support center after Easter.
