Hi, your site is wonderful. I left Mauritius 23 years ago and did not know how to cook. I live in the United States and long for my home food and your site has made it possible for me to eat Mauritian food again. My daughter wants me to make Gateau Manioc but I do not know how and I do not find it on your list of recipes. Do you have the recipe? If yes, please email to me. Thank you very much.
