Hi Madeleine ,
This is Sajeeda from Canada . I love your site , thank you very much for providing mauritians living abroad an easy access to mauritian delights. I am dying to know how to make fresh mauritian noodles . I do have a italian fresh pasta maker which I think I could use to make the noodles . There are lots of varieties here in Canada but nothing like the fresh noodles sold in the "bazaar" of Port Louis . Any idea on how to make the dough for this special noodles? Please email me
