Finally: Squeese the mixture to expel any moisture/liquid, and mix with the ground mustard and tumeric powder and vinegar and a mix of sunflower and olive oil. Transfer to a glass jar and stand for a few days (not in the fridge). Enjoy!

Try:
Cut the lemon in halves, squeeze the juice out, pound them with coarse sea salt and slice (tear) into small pieces.
Crush a mixture of green and red peppers together with coarse sea salt & dried chillies and fresh garlic cloves.
Mix the 2 ingredients and allow to stand on a tilted tray--allowing the moisture to drain from it (several hours, even days).
