Thanks for explaining. It was in the 30's (centigrade) recently and with humudity approaching 50% (and for me a hayfever sufferer) it seemed intolerable. Besides, I meet one of your folks here around March every year-he misses the UK weather! Australia would not be such a great destination had it not been for the UK weather A bit perverse, I think!; but then, so seems the idea of celebrating Christmas with a barbecue on the beach!
