first off let me say THANK YOU for the recipe site.
when i came to australia the very first food in my mouth was dhall poories from dandenong market (SE melb) and since that day i'm hooked like crazy
i been trying for years to make my own but can't get it right.
my last shot was with bakers flour (high protein level) and it wasn't right once again.
