hello ther i'm nikki from scotland,i'm mauritian and been in scotland for the last 3 yrs!!i'm the head chef in a fine dining restaurant called hotel capo's and being there i wanted 2 put ene ti touche mauricien in the scottish plate so i cam on u're site and i must say steal some of ur recipes lol!!!but the outcome was absouletly fantastic!!i made ene carry poule avec some dall pouri!!zot ine mari content!!so i need to say thanks to the great cook that u r!!!
