put 5 table spoon of sugar,5eggs and beat them take another bowl put 4 cup of milk powder, the same cup take 5 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of custard and vanilla essence beat again. then mix the egg and milk together. then au bain marrie take 1 recipient put the flan in it then after 30 min ur flan is ready
