You have to let your milk go sour. when the milk separates and there is water on bottom and the yogurty part on top, drain the water part and cook the other with sugar until becomes brown. it shrinks a lot. So with about a gallon of milk it will only make about a cup. A little cardamon or cinnamon can be put on top while cooking.
