Hi! I was wondering if you're able to help with a recipe for Jardinierre (spelling?) please? My husband is Mauritian, and my family (Anglo-Australian!) is doing a big Mauritian feast for him in a week or so, using lots of the wonderful recipes on your website. My husband's aunt made Jardinierre once and it was lovely - really simple but tasty.
