Dear Madeleine Philippe: I have visited your website several times and have to say thank you for fabulous Mauritian recipes. Mari top!! I hope you don't mind my pirating them for preparation of Mauritian delicacies for our consular guests. In fact, we used some of them for our daughter's wedding reception here in Arizona last summer and the Americans, Mexicans and friends from Mauritius and India loved it all!
