Hi there Madeleine,
I am grateful for your recipe. I just tried it out and it almost taste like what I used to eat at "la gare rose hill". Just missing that extra sauce that they add just before eating, would you have that recipe as well ?
But apart from that this site is great, it keeps the little mauritian culture that is present in all of us still alive and I am thankful for that.
