Dholl Puree Curry filling

Hello there, 1st off I'd like to say a huge thanks to the fair lady Philippe! Fantastic resource for M'tus recipes! OK on to my question.... I hav just returned from M'tus (1st timer) and sampled the delights of Dholl Puree! I've spotted the recipe on here for the actual dholl puree, but not the (bean?) curry that you put into the finished product. Does anyone know of a recipe to help me on my way? There was also a tomato salsa kind of thing also. If anyone could help me I'd be very grateful!! Best wishes Andy
