hi..its not so difficult to make but steps should b carried carefully!!
Ingredients:
200g plain flour,150g pastry margarine(mil patisserie),100ml cold water,1 small lemon,a pinch of salt
Filling:15ml milk,25g plain flour,25g margarine,1 egg yolk,few drops vanilla essence
1.Sieve flour.Cut margarine into cubes.Squeeze lemon.keep ze juice.
2.Rub 1 quarter of ze at into ze flour until it looks like breadcrumbs.Add salt & remaining margarine cubes.Bind ingredients lightly wiz cold water.Make a soft dough.
3.Roll into a rectangle 20 by 35 cm.Fold pastry twice.Wrap in aluminium foil.Keep in refrigerator 4 10mins interval before repeating ze process thrice.
4.Menwhile,prepar custard:melt margarine.ad flour 2 it n cook 4 a minute.leave 2 cool.
Add egg yolk n milk gradually.Beat well!
Cook mixture on gentle hat until sauce thickens.Leave 2 cool!!
(NOTE:Before baking,pastry should hav rest about 5 mins in refrigerator before filing wiz custard!!!!)
5.Preheat oven 220 C.
Roll pastry in a rectangle thickness 3mm.
Place cooled custard on half of pastry.Seal edges.Cut squares 2 make 6 feuiletes!
Brush wiz beaten egg.
Bake in a preheted oven at 220 C 4 10 mins n 200 C 4 20 mins.
