
Posted by Jacquie on 15/9/2007, 2:18 pm Ingredients: Mix: salmon, mayo, cream & spring onions in a bowl Add stock cubes & gelatine to hot water Put in a greased mould or bowl and leave in fridge until set. The longer the better. When ready to eat tip over in a plate and serve with mini toasts or little biscuits To make smaller just 1/2 all ingredients.

This recipe is very nice as a snack or dip for when you have a party or visitors.
1 large can of red salmon or (Pink)
1/2 cup of Mayo
1 cup of cream
2 chicken stock cubes
2 gelatine satchets
1 cup boiling water
1/2 bunch spring onion or cracked pepper
Lemon Juice
Drained, skin and debone salmon
chop spring onion finely
Pour over salmon and mix all together until you get a paste. Add lemon juice and mix
