Dear Madeleine, I recently visited Mauritius and enjoyed the most delicious tartlets for desert. They are sold in the Super U Supermarket (Grand Baie) as well. It is a white creamy filling in a sweet short-crust pastry case - no bigger than the palm of you hand, with a pinch of dried coconut sprinkled on top. They are not as rich as a cream cake. Can you help me with the ingredients/recipe, please?
