Hi Maddie,

Hope you are doing well! Absolutely love your website. It has really helped me enjoy mauritian food away from home.

Anyway, I was wondering if you have a recipe for Gratin Epinard - Spinach. My Mum (Daisy) used to make this all the time but she never wrote it down.
