Hi I am looking to reconnect with an assistant chef from Mauritius who used to work at the Sheraton on the Park hotel Sydney in 1996/97. His name was Jean Claude and his surname I am un sure of but think it may be Moustaffa. Anyway he lived in Sydney's inner West ten years ago and I would dearly love to find away to get back in touch with him. If you have any connections to Mauritian Pastry chefs they may know of him or where he is . He would be about 46-48 years old.
