Some years ago when i was on holiday in mauritius, i had a delectable banana pie. I have been diligently looking for this recipe ever since but have not been successful. I have tried out some recipes i've researched but they were not the same. Can anyone give me a recipe that works. I think the secret may also lie in the type of banana used.
