Hello Madeleine,

I'm from germany and my mum came from maurice. She died last year and with her all the nice mauritian recipes. She lived in Port Louis, Rue de Sebastopol. Her Family is still there.

She told me to make carri poulet but I have forget some ingredients.

Well I googled for some mauritian recipes and found your amazing page. I don't speak french very good, but I can understand it, so I hope I can make some of your recipes.
