Simple but i dont know the measurement

u take flour - rub with ghee - like preparing dough for tart
and milk powder - (flour to milk ratio 3:1)
add sugar, crushed cinammon, bicarbonate or baking powder.

And fry in oil (should not be boiling hot else will burn)

it s so easy.
