I had a mauritian recipe once for delicious milk balls cooked in whole milk with cardamons in it. I think it may be called rasmalai? It was made with full cream milk powder which i cant seem to buy anywhere- what is this milk powder called. Ive askeed in our local Asian deli and they dont seem to know what im talking about? and try to sell me a packet mix - can you help.
