J'ai eu l'occasion de gouter un plat mauricien de lentilles, bien épicé comme toujours à Maurice. Cela s'appelle Dholl Saga. (orthographe supposé juste mais pas certain !)
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider à trouver la recette de ce Dholl Saga.
