Bonjour je suis a la recherche d'un gateau typiquement mauricien qui sappelle gateau carre rouge ou jam francies. C'est un gateau carre quon dans un sirop ou jelly et ensuite enrobe de coco c'est tous rouge. jadores ce gateau, jaimerais bien avoir la recette
