I have some Australian recipes calling for powdered suet mix that can be found in the baking section of Australian supermarkets. What is powdered suet mix?
Can I purchase it on line? So far, I have been unsuccessful in locating a source. Is it available by another name? If I am unable to locate it, what American product can I substitute for powdered suet mix? Thanks for your assistance.
