I was wondering whether you would be able to help me. I tried making gateau coco using the recipe on the website however, unfortunately it wasn't successful. I used the correct quantities of sugar (375g)and water (250ml) but this did not produce a syrup even when it had cooled down. I tried adding more sugar however, this did not work either. What could I be doing wrong? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
