He is currently having to fund the drug himself - to the tune of £2,700 every 6 weeks The latest news is that his local Primary Care Trust have now denied him an appeal so, while he faces a long winded legal battle, many of Kex’s fellow musicians & friends have helped by donating for auction many items of music memorabilia including signed guitars, drum skins, amps, signed LPs & programmes from the liked of Genesis, Dire Straits, Led Zeppelin, Magnum etc + a few other goodies! Also there will be bands appearing including: Rebel Machine & Flat Broke & Berserk (featuring Bertie from Vincent Flatts & friends) + Very Special Guests! The 4 CD Box sets from the ‘Staying Alive’ Roadhouse Benefit Gig 2/9/07 will also be available for sale as well as photo discs of the many VIP pictures from the event.
