The Millennium Upland Slow Pitch League can now offer teams the opportunity to play doubleheaders, one night a week, at the fields at Furey Road in Upper Chichester for the upcoming season.
The league uses a flexible schedule that allows teams to either play doubleheaders (one night a week) or single games (twice a week) and at the same time keep league fees far below that of leagues that play only doubleheaders under the lights.
Single games are played twice weekly at either the newly renovated Upland Park (Bris Lord Memorial Field) which has recently installed a 35 foot net around the entire outfield that has increased the field dimensions to nearly 300 feet or at the fields at Camp Upland, on most of the same fields that the IVSL League used for so many years.
