Run-ahead rule

I'm just asking for clarification: Is the rule for fall ball the same as the other seasons?

Run Ahead Rule: 20 after three innings, 15 after four innings, and 10 after five innings.

This IS different from previous seasons, correct?

And once we get through the fifth inning, the game gets played through the seventh right? Meaning, even if the home team pulls ahead by 10 in the bottom of the sixth, the game goes until completion?
