The meeting for the 2009 Millennium/Bats Plus Early Bird Tournament is scheduled for tomorrow - 7:30 p.m at the Milmont Republican Club in Ridley Township.
The tournament rules will be discussed and the brackets will be drawn for the "Gold", "Silver", "Bronze" and "Rec" Flights.
In order to be included in the tournament draw all teams must have paid their tournament entry fee.

2009 "10th Annual" Millennium/Bats Plus Early Bird Tournament
Men's Slow Pitch @ Furey Road Fields, Camp Upland, Upland Park, Incinerator Field (Broomall) and 69th Street Fields (Upper Darby)
ASA Class "C", "D" & "E" Teams Only
Date: Saturday, April 4th
Entry Fee: $225
Prize Pool: TBD
Each team will be guaranteed (3) games and softballs are included.
A championship plaque will be awarded to the winning teams from the "Gold", "Silver", "Bronze" & "Rec" Flights.
The tournament will use ASA umpires and be ASA sanctioned.

Here is the current format that will be used to separate the four flights that will make-up the 10th Annual Millennium/Bats Plus Early Bird Tournament.
The "Gold Flight" will be for ASA Class "C" & "D" teams.
The "Silver Flight" will be for ASA Class "D" teams.
The "Bronze Flight" will be for ASA Class "D" teams.
The "Rec Flight" will be for ASA Class "E" teams only.
Note: An ASA Class "D/E" team can move-up and play in a higher flight if they choose.
