ASA of PA Coed Class "C/D" Slow Pitch State Championship is scheduled for July 10-12 in West Chester

The 2009 ASA of PA Coed Class "C/D" Slow Pitch State Championships that is scheduled for July 10-12 at the The Kelly Sports Complex in West Chester, is now accepting teams.

After over two decades where there was not a ASA of PA State Championship held in District 6, the drought is now over, as for the third consecutive year a state champion will be crowned in the District.

Since District 6 and its staff have received so many accolades from teams who have participated in the 2007 & 2008 state championships, I plan on bidding for more berths of state championships for the District at the ASA of PA Commissioners meeting this December in Hershey.

The District is fortunate to have such a terrific venue at The Kelly Sports Complex in West Chester to host these tournaments and an outstanding group of player reps from Chester County who have been so instrumental in making the state championships a success.

Thanks to Bob Bell, the District & Southeastern Area Men's Modified Pitch Player Rep., Chris Esposito, the Coed Player Rep. and Tracy Gordon, the Women's Player Rep. for everthing you do in Chester County.

Note: ASA of PA State Championship rosters for Coed Class "C/D" Slow Pitch State Championships must be received by July 6th.
