Two new commissioners have been named and are ready to run the 2009 Millennium Furey Men's & Coed Fall Softball Leagues.
Larry McFadden, who is the ASA of PA District 6 Slow Pitch Player Rep. and who also has had the experience of being a league commissioner will take over as the new commissioner of the Millennium Furey Men's Fall Softball League.
The other new commissioner is Steve Prescott, who brings enthusiasm and preparation to his new position as commissioner of the Millennium Furey Coed Fall Softball League.
The new commissioners are highly regarded by myself and I am sure they will succeed and excel in their duties as commissioners.
I will continue to organize the leagues and will help with the transition right up until opening day.
I would like to thank both commissioners and wish them good luck in the upcoming season.
