The 2012 Charity Challenge Home Run Derby which is sponsored by StoneRidge Investment Partners, LLC. will begin accepting entries starting tomorrow.
Participates will select from sealed envelopes one of the top 25 Major League Baseball home run leaders after today's games are completed with the hopes of picking a player who hits the most home runs for four weeks, running from August 18th to September 16th.

Here's how you can participate in the 2012 Charity Challenge Home Run Derby.
1. Make a $20 donation to Prostate Health International.
2. You will then select a sealed envelope that will have inside the name of one of the top 25 MLB home run leaders as of 8-1-12.
3. If the name of the player in the envelope you select hits the most home runs from August 18th to September 16th, then you're the winner of the 1st prize. There will also be prizes for the 2nd & 3rd place finishers.
It's that simple and Prostate Health International will have a $500 donation added to the fundraising efforts of the tournament.
The Charity Challenge Home Run Derby will be open to the first 25 participates who enter beginning Friday, August 3rd.

Tiebreaker(s) for the 2012 Charity Challenge Home Run Derby are as follows.
1. Most Home Runs hit from August 18th to September 16th.
2. Slugging % in the same time period as above.
3. RBIs in the same time period as above.
