The 2nd meeting of the Millennium Sunday Fall Softball League is scheduled for Thursday, August 23rd - 7:00 p.m. at Barnaby's of Ridley.
Note: All teams need to email me (no phone calls) at firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, August 20th - that they have seen this post and will be attending the meeting.
All teams MUST be represented and be prepared to pay their league fees in full.
The 40 team league is set to begin its 20th season on Sunday, September 9th.
Some of the items on the agenda for this meeting will be the discussion of the Playoff Format & Eligibility and the 2018 Rules and Regulations.
Also, the following USA Softball materials will be handed out to all teams.
Softballs for the regular season will be given out at this meeting
Note: Only teams who do not have a balance due on their league fees will receive their softballs - all other teams will need to attend a 3rd meeting to pay their league fees in full in order to receive their softballs.
Millennium Sunday Fall League Fee Guidelines:
1. League fees are $600 and are all inclusive.
2. Without a minimal league fee deposit of $200 at the second meeting teams will lose their place in the league - there will be no exceptions.
3. League fees need to be paid in full at the 2nd league meeting or teams will be accessed a late fee of $50.
