Dear Mr Doherty, My name is Herman Verkerk from Holland. I have maybe a strange question for you. On a local radio station (Radio Hoeksche Waard) near Rotterdam, I have a programme called 40 Years Ago Go. Yes, indeed. The only music you can hear is at least 40 years old. Every week I play the Dutch Top 40 of exactly 40 years ago plus some golden oldies. I think my listeners and especially me would be very pleased if you do what some Dutch artists and artists like the Troggs, Lovin Spoonful and Dave Berry did already, speak a little anouncement that we can play every time we play a record of you the coming months/years. It had to be something like: "Hi. I'm Denny Doherty of the Mamas & the Papas here at 40 YEARS AGO GO on your local station (Radio Hoeksche Waard)" I hope you will do this for me, and if you will you can send the little anouncement as a MP3 or WAVE-file by e-mail to 40YearsAgoGo@omroephw.nl.If it's not possible to make such a file, it's always possible to make an apppointment to do it by phone.
