I watched the East Coast Music Awards also, just to see the tribute to Denny. They had screens set up above the stage showing photos of Denny , especially the iconic images of him at Monterey in '67. It ended with a photo of the group all hudlled together. It was nice to see Doris Mason again, as she was an integral part of Denny's " Dream A Little Dream " musical project. The tribute included " Monday, Monday ", " California Dreamin' ", and " Dream A Little Dream Of Me ", sung by Doris , George Canyon & one other musician, each in a solo. They also showed a brief interview piece of Denny saying how amazing it was that people enjoyed the music all these years later. The show was broadcast live from Halifax.
