It would be fantastic if this would happen. Denny was one of the very first musicians from Canada who had major success in music. Denny made it all the way from Halifax to Los Angeles, and did it before many other Canadian musicians arrived in the US with any success. His contributions to music, as well as television, particularly on the CBC in Canada spanned over 40 years. From 1961 on, Denny made records, toured and appeared with his groups The Colonials and The Halifax 3 on television . The New Journeymen [ Denny, John and Michelle ] made their only TV appearance on a Canadian TV show as well. The Mamas and The Papas , Denny's Sho, Pit Pony, Dream A Little Dream, and his stage work - I'd say Denny Doherty definitely deserves to be on Canada's Walk of Fame.
