I'm absolutely in agreement. Denny's solo work definitely merits reissue in the US. His first album , WATCHA GONNA DO, only got a limited release on CD in Japan 10 years ago, and is not in print any longer. Plus, the singles and the unreleased songs that he recorded for Columbia in 1972-1973 should be released as a full CD too. The missing catalog of the lead male voice of The Mamas & The Papas remains the last substantial Mamas & Papas related recordings not available on CD. Maybe emailing labels like Real Gone Music, Hip-O-Select and Varese Vintage will get some record company attention. Every member of the group has CD's available, but the only solo work of Denny's on CD is WAITING FOR A SONG. I'd love to see a label do for Denny what labels have done for John, Cass & Michelle's solo work. This should not be a far-fetched idea.
