A move that only changes one of the many, many issues that need to be addressed and acted upon.To me,it only shows the degree of intelligence nascar and toyota has since it is apparent it took a LONG time to discover this. It compares to the old slogan, "It's like closing the barndoor after the horse has gone!"
DUH, IS MOST APPROPRIATE DESCRIPTIVE.
