It doesn't seem to me that Eury Jr was the only problem. I think there are more people that need to get the boot if things are going to improve and hopefully not making the chase will wake-up Rick.
Yes, "running well" can give you warm fuzzies but so can having a CC you care about. In my opinion not enough has changed.
