Jeramy tests positive again

Ya know his last employee resigned so basically he has no team just half a dozen cars and a rig. His GM resigned and said he didn't think Jeramy was interested in racing because he hadn't been to the race track in the past two races. Prolly can't get even a little sponsor now. Nascar has no reason to create any special rules for him. If he isn't guilty, why isn't he willing as I read in one article to submit a sample while observed. Not pretty but hey if you want to prove your innocence, why not?
