Jeramy tested positive in Msy and recently tested positive again. When his lawyer gets it tested it's negative.
I can't say if he's guilty but he sure seems like it. I believe he wants to get money from Nascar as he rents a shop, now has no employees and owns only six cars.
He drove for Evernham for a couple of years but after making the chase didn't do anything. Her then started running his mouth saying he'd do better if Ray spent more time with the team than his girlfriend!!! Hello??? Guess what he was gone shortly thereafter and has driven hardly at all since.
Whether he was guilty or not, BE SMART, fess up go to rehab and get back in the game in a couple of years ago. It's been done but instead he screams bloody murder, conspiracy, yada, yada.
He's finished.
