Ok, so Tuesday was a really bad day and then later that night mom tells me there is a message for me on the answering machine from Whisky River!! I had NO clue what they could've wanted, so I listened to it and the girl said I won the Member Appreciation contest (which I didn't even remember entering, unless ur automatically entered since I subscribe to their free newsletter)!! She wanted me to call her back.
So today I called back and this other lady told me that it's for either of the next 3 Friday's and basically what it includes is a free cover charge and free drinks & appetizers for as many friends as I'd bring!! Of course in the back of my mind I was waiting for her to say "and a meet & greet with Jr.", but when I didn't hear her say that I asked if it included meeting Jr. and she said no!!
I asked her if he'd be there since it would be Charlotte race weekend this weekend and she said she had no idea, but she does know he'll be there this coming Thursday since QVC will be broadcasting LIVE from there and Blake Shelton performs that night!!
I have no clue how I'd even get down there if I wanted to, but I'd want it next week since he would be in the building, but that place would probably be beyond packed!! But as for this Friday I thought how cool that would have been, because Friday is my Birthday and how cool it's be to spend it in NC at Whisky River during Charlotte race weekend!!!!
Ah, I'm so close yet so far!!!! Just thought I'd share that story with you guys and I'm glad I won....just doubtful I'll be able to use it, especially since I'm not local!!
But remember *JR. ON QVC NEXT THURSDAY NIGHT*!!!!
The future Mrs. Dale Jr.....He just doesn't know it yet!!
